In many American cities, it is legal for men to walk topless in public, but illegal for women to do so. An organization dedicated to changing that sponsors an annual Go Topless Day. Held every year on the Sunday closes to Women’s Equality Day, this year’s Go Topless Day will be held on August 28.
Women from around the country are signing up to participate in topless rallies/protests, and there are events scheduled in Washington DC and New York City. You can read more about the events here.
Our office generally avoids taking political positions on public controversies. But we do believe women should be confident in, and proud of, their breasts, and that too many women have been shamed for too long.
Many women are comfortable with their natural breasts, and that’s wonderful. However, our Philadelphia plastic surgeon knows that many other women struggle with a lack of confidence. If you are in this group, if you think your breasts are too small or they sag too much, plastic surgery might provide a solution.
Dr. David A. Bottger offers a range of breast surgery procedures to help you meet your specific aesthetic goals. We believe in listening to you and your concerns, treating you with the respect you deserve as a woman and an individual.
If you want to learn more about breast surgery from our experienced Philadelphia, Pennsylvania plastic surgeon, please call Dr. David A. Bottger today at 610-355-1929 for a consultation.
